Modern Science has told us everything is connected by an energy force. What we think, feel, and act upon has a reciprocity effect. “As so within so without” We are creators of our material reality. Most of us were never taught how to live as an energetic being.  

As a Healer my number one goal is to help my clients embody their personal power; their energetic self, so, they can create the life they want to be living. My job will be to acknowledge you and what is happening now, encourage you to dream what it is that you do want, discovering who you are and who you want to be. I am a Gardener of the Soul. I will guide you on visualizations for you to hear, to feel, that inside voice the voice of your Heart, your Soul voice. 

I will ask questions, give you assurances and encouragement to assist you to gain clarity and celebrate your accomplishments. This will instil hope and open you to new possibilities. I will be free of judgement and always hold you in unconditional positive regard. You will feel uplifted, valued, and empowered.

When I was in my late thirties, I was diagnosed with a silent killer, Non-Hoskins large celled Lymphoma. The tumour was so big and doubled in size very quickly; they gave me only three months to live. If I took their radical chemotherapy, I may have a 30% chance to recover. I went home that day shocked and then had a STRONG thought that they were lying! Yes, I had the cancer no doubt, if they were lying how could I possibility get over this? I asked the universe to help me, through a lot of emotions, yelling, screaming, crying, and prayer. Within a week a Spiritual Counsellor/Crystal healer came into my life, Marge Stoddard. She taught me about energy, how to Love my life again, and to visualise the medicine going directly to the tumour and leaving my good cells alone to do repair work in my body. 

Marge kept talking to me about an Urban Shamanic Healer she knew, Alida Birch, she wanted me to go have a Soul Retrieval with her. I finally did go see Alida; through Ceremony she went on a Drum Journey, into an altered state of consciousness and found a piece of my Soul in my Alaskan Herb garden she returned it to me. 

The Oncologist told me I had the cancer for about three years, and we had to leave Alaska three years earlier. I was devastated and did not want to leave; I cried all the way back to Oregon and went into a depressed numbing state where I could not find Joy in my life anymore. I contracted the cancer at this time. 

After a year of Chemo, Spiritual Counselling, and Soul Retrieval I was clear of the cancer. I knew this was a huge wake-up call for me, I had a second chance in life and wanted to make sure I was doing my life’s purpose. I dug deep within myself and knew I wanted to be like Marge and Alida to help people Love their life so they could live their purpose. This is when I started being trained as a Shamanist an Energetic Healer and a Spiritual Counsellor.  

My training began in 1992, I was already a Master Gardener with Oregon State University, at one point I had 300 different herbs and fragrant plants in my garden. Started my Lavender Nursery, Herbal studies, at the same time I was studying with Alida, Learning the Drum Journey, Plant Spirit Medicine, Soul Retrieval, Making Flower Essences, travelled to France and studied the emotional uses of Essential Oils, became ordained as a Spiritual Minister, did Aromatic Energies and the Five Elements, Reiki First Degree, Second Degree, now Reiki Master, Essential Energies with Essential Oils Training, The Melchizedek Method (Energetic Hands on Healing) Practitioner Certificate Level 1 & 2, Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training, Body Harmony and Eco Psychology, Aromatic Kinesiology Level 1, Diploma in Aromatherapy, International Body Harmony Practitioner (Hands on Healing method), Certified Crystalogist and Practitioner (Energetic Healer using Crystals), Swedish Massage, Behavioural Patterns & Acupressure, Anatomy & Physiology I & II , Pathology, The Spirit in Practice, Foundations for Spiritual Healers and Advanced Healer, Certificate IV Mentoring and Coaching, Teachers Accreditation Certificate – Initiate of the Nine Rites of the Inca Shamans, Practitioner of Hypnotherapy, National Crisis Supporter and Counselling training with Lifeline Australia, and a Past Life Regression Therapist

I started training people in 2006, Your Energy body, Aroma Drum Journeying levels I II III, Vision Shifting through the Seasons, Munay-Ki Inca Shaman Initiations and many day self-help workshops at Cuppacumbalong Homestead, Facilitated weekend Health and Happiness Retreats in Bondi Forest Camp, Bombala NSW and Eden NSW. I have Ceremony celebration events on the Solstices, and Equinox in Canberra, Australia. 

Over seven years ago I started volunteering at 2xxfm Canberra Community Radio. I produce and present a weekly program called ‘Back To Earth’ Friday’s at 11am. This is over thirty years’ worth of study, training and practicing in this field of Wisdom, being an Energetic Healer and Shamanist. Depending on the client’s needs I mainly use all or some of these, Vision Shifting, Music, Essential oils, Energy Healing, Crystals, and Soul Retrieval with the Drum Journey.

When I was very young, we lived in a Hazelnut orchard and had a large swath of Iris planted in front of the house. I remember going out and sitting amongst them, smelling them and felt the soothing energy coming into me. Of-course as a 3-year-old I did not understand what it was or that not everyone was open enough to feel these things too. This was my first Vision Shifting experience that I remember.
