Mid Spring Message
The days are getting longer, we just changed to daylight savings time and the weather is still giving us the last hurrah of the cold snaps. My hope for you is that you had lots of rest and inner reflection on where you are focusing your energy this season, coming out of your cocoon recharged.
There is much chaos in the world right now, and there will be more to come over the next few years or so, according the the Astrologers. Most of the news keeps us in a flight or fight energy where we think that we don’t have control of our inner or outer landscape. This is not so! Yes, there is horrible things going on around in the world; War, Suppression, Division, Climate Change, and so on most of us have little control of these things we can send out Peace, Compassion and even donate to organisations that support the people displaced. We have the choice to buy into these circumstances and bring them into our everyday realty or not, when we do buy into them it just radiates out into the collective more of that. ‘What we sow is what we reap.’ Humanity has gone through all of these things before, we have a responsibility to ourself and to all of us to radiate the opposite out into the collective consciousness. The feelings of Compassion, Kindness, Love, it is so important to know we will not always agree with others opinion or values, and thats OK. The important thing to take away is that you create your reality, we have our inner fire our unique self how ever we are feeling (our inner landscape) broadcasted out as a signal and it returns to us as our outer landscape.
There are many groups on line and in your community, that are asking us to broadcast our Gratitude for life, sharing the qualities of a Peaceful, Loving, Balanced world out into the collective, to create a better world for all.
I have gifted you a meditation at the end of this newsletter, ‘Stoke your Inner Fire’ that will help you spread your light. I also do one on one treatments to guide you, walk you through these murky waters, so you create the life you want to be living. ‘Time Means Nothing To Aroma’
In my late adolescent years, my Grandmother Imel an avid gardener of herbs and vegetables brought me to a herb nursery/garden centre in Albany Oregon. She was allergic to most cosmetics so she wanted to buy some violet oil for her deodorant. We walked into the shop front the smell hit me in my senses and then in my heart. There was herbs and dried flowers hanging from the celling, bottles of lotions, soaps, and essential oils, everywhere. “Grandma I have been here before” she said “No Rhonda you have not” “Yes! I know this smell” she reaffirmed that I had not been there before and I couldn’t know the smells. She had to be wrong because I knew that smell! Some of you that know me I can get quite excited about my passions. I kept asking her questions “What’s this? What is that?” I thought if I knew their names I would remember where and when I had met them before. I was stressing her out so she bought a bottle of Lavender Essential oil and had me sniff it, the next thing I remember is that I fell fast asleep in the back seat of the car. I remembered having a dream of a castle and a big large key hanging from my apron.
Years later I took a past life regression class, we had to set an intention of what we wanted to know about before the regression so our Spirit self could take us back to that moment. Immediately I thought about the smell and memory of that time with Grandma at the Herb Nursery. We set our intentions and the facilitator started the regression —
The next thing I saw was me walking down the hall in a very large castle I believe it was around the 14th century and I had that large key hanging from my apron. I realised I was keeper of the pantry, head of the Medical Herb gardens and a Healer. The vision came to me putting the key in the door and opening it — there it was that smell I knew; from many life times ago. “I knew I knew it!”
Smell transports us beyond time and space it can change our thinking.
In Valerie Ann Worwood’s book ‘The Fragrant Heavens’ she states. “Aroma evokes emotions, as well as memory, and often the two are connected. Emotions run deep, to the very core of our being. But aroma can reach them, instantaneously. Time means nothing to aroma.”
“Back To Earth” Radio Program
I produce and present a program called “Back To Earth” It is about what is happening in nature and how that effects our inner nature. How Ancient wisdom can be brought forward today to help us become more in balance with nature and our fellow earth relatives, the stone, mineral and crystal people, the plant people, the two legged and the four legged, the fin the fur, the creepy crawly and the winged ones, all our relations. Wisdom from the Whale: A Shaman Drum Journey to the Whale, by Rhonda D Kerrison Shamanist
As the drum beats in my ears, I start down the trail, honouring the directions, Earth and All that is. Asking to speak to the Whale Spirit to get a message for humanity.
Whale:
“Travel with your inner compass, we all have one, it is our Soul self encouraging us to stay on our mission we signed up for in this life. Thank You for asking me to give you some wisdom from my home the sea. As you know many of you have not appreciated my home which is also your home the sea. They discard their waste into the sea for greed, for materialism without consideration of the damage and pain it causes all off us. Yes the sea is your home too, the eco systems of the Earth are all related, as we are. Things are starting to change slowly, and we are grateful, although much more needs to be done and as soon as possible. We can all wake up to the fact that we are dependent on each other for our environment to be healthy for all”.
We migrate the song lines and sing them up for everyone to stay in balance. Sing as you walk on Earth, enjoy the beauty of each of us.
It is time again to play in the fresh clean air and water.

Recently, August 2024, you may have heard that, in the Sydney harbour there was a young 13 meter Humpbacked Whale with ropes, nets, and other fishing gear entangled around its tail. It was very stressed and having a difficult time navigating. Crews from the New South Wales volunteer group ORRCA received a call and alerted their disentanglement team, they took up the chase, a very challenging, unpredictable and dangerous situation. Because the Whale was young it had a lot of strength and kept thrashing its tail about to break free. Finally after many goes and a few days they were able to cut the debris from the tail. Happily it continued its migration south along the “humpback highway”. This is a common story around the globe, although with less happy outcomes.
There is also the big beaching events of whale pods along sea shores that is another big concern for our Sister Whales. Many have a theory that our electronic sonic devises used in the sea are getting the Whales confused because that is how they communicate; with sonic/vibration and this disruption takes them off their migration routes.
