The Winter's Journey Continues

Carrying the light of Love and Dignity amongst the chaos! 

How do we find security within while we see or hear that there is chaos around the world? Yes there is no denying that things are out of balance and severe division among us at the moment. All of us can use support, therapy, essential oils and essences are a good way to bring yourself to your centre and see there is also beauty everywhere you just have to decide to see it. 

As I am sitting in my office writing this I see outside of my window, the Winter cycles changing, cold today as the wind blows the clouds in the sky, the peach tree buds starting to swell, the fruit on the very old bitter Orange Tree are finishing their ripening phase, as I am listening to Handpan music by Malte Marten ‘The Seeker’ feeling very blessed to be here alive today. Balance within creates Balance without.

Third Session: together I will guide you into one or more of your past lives to get information on how to cope in this life. Where your life journey has evolved and what you can expect with actions for your future.

Fir Diva Journey

The drum beat started and I found myself at the top of the Spirit Falls trail in Oregon. This waterfall is in a Fir forest, a beautiful spot, my Sacred Garden. I go to this place in my mind to start my Spiritual Drum Journeys. I first stated my intention, calling on one of my guides I requested to see the Fir Diva to get information for how it can be used to help humanity. 

Starting down the trail I saw it was a beautiful day there, the sun beams filtering through the giant Fir trees, illumining the ferns, salal, trailing blackberry and the Oregon grape vines. 

From behind one of the trees he stepped out and I recognised him as the Diva, he was tall and lean with green eyes and his hair was the colour of the Fir Tree bark, dark brown with modelled lighter and darker streaks. His presence felt peaceful and contented. With respect I greeted him and asked if I could get information on his Plant Spirit Medicine, he agreed. 

He started out asking me to have a rest on one of the Trees that fell  in a storm many years ago and it had a beautiful covering of green moss that was a nice cushion for me to sit upon. He began to tell me that all Trees are support and strength for humanity. He said that like his name, Fir, his energy can be wrapped around us like a warm blanket of protection. Once inside this protection, we are to have a rest, he will encourage us to let go of tension in the body and still the mind of those thoughts that run in circles, (I call them the monkey mind). By easing the tension of the mind you can break those thought patterns. When in this relaxed state you will then be able to reach for your very best thoughts for your physical and emotional Health, seeing your inner beauty and uniqueness. 

He called his energy for humanity  ‘Security’    

In the book ‘Fragrant Heavens, The Spiritual Dimensions of Fragrance and Aromatherapy’ Valerie Ann Worwood wrote about the emotional uses of the Fir Essential Oil

“To encourage protection, steadiness, grounding, harmony, compassion, clarity, achievement, strength, and inner unity.”

You can also use the Needle Essence of the Fir Tree for these qualities. I made one a couple of years ago in Oregon and have this available for purchase.
